This little clip is dedicated to the universality, the boundlessness – or should I say “borderlessness”? - of sound. I'm interested in changing a sound into another one and transferring it to another category of sound, thus linking different areas of life with each other with sound as their common and shared element.
From typical sounds of households and kitchens to drum kits.
From nature and peace to bewilderment and thrill.
From cooking activities to actions in the electronic laboratory.
From transportation technologies to orchestral sounds.

Listening AND watching (the origin of the sound as well as its structure) shall help you to understand what I'm trying to show – to your eyes and to your ears - in the clip.

For those who are interested in technical details:
For the recordings (in the forest and in the studio) I used a Zoom H1 (V2) recorder. The DAW is FL Studio 11. For the spectral manipulations of the birds I used the VST “Alchemy” by Camel Audio and for the granular experiments with the sirens I used the VST “Granite” by New Sonic Arts.
